Descriptions:
? Assist to identify leadership/ management and soft skills training and development needs of staff up to management level in conjunction with line managers.
? Responsible to identify quality technical training needs of staff up to management level in conjunction with line managers.
? Responsible to develop and update quality technical training strategy, policies and procedures to meet the requirements from quality and compliance.
? Initiate, organize and undertake training in the forms of courses, workshops and seminars.
? Assist to prepare training budget, seek and win approval for this and control costs against budget.
? Assistant to the planning and organization of all workshops to be made available.
? May design and implement a program to identify management potential and training needs.
? Liaise with external training consultants including identification of course objectives and content.
? Develop and communicate detailed project plan.
? Assist to develops, communicates, and executes annual training plan.
? Provide New Employee Orientation Program.
? Develops and maintains suitable training facilities.
? Analyze, report, and act on all training evaluation and record on monthly review.
? Handle Compliance Wire.
Qualifications:
? Good Communication Skill
? Presentation Skill
? Systematically Thinking
? Bachelor or above degree
? Good quality/compliance sensitivity
? Good English capability
? At least 3 years working experience on training
? Hands-on
? Team player
? Comfortable with IT applications
? Quality training experience is preferred or work in a highly regulated industry
? Knows GMP, ISO and other quality requirement.
