1. Entry point of all customer inquiries, follow up on requests etc. 接受电话、网站中客户咨询的问题,并对问题进行处理反馈;
2. Run a comprehensive call center and website. 保证呼叫中心和网站的日常运营;
3. Competent handling and fast response of all kind of inquiries. 能及时发现客户的需求及意见;
4. Transfer customer inquiries to suitable dealer. 将客户需求传递给合适的代理商;
5. Track the solution of customer inquiries. 跟踪客户需求的解决。
6. Collect and analyze customer information. 收集和分析客户信息;
7. Relevant customer survey. 相关的客户调研;
8. Coordinate with dealer and internal resources. 协调各个部门和代理商的资源;
9. Other assignments by superior. 其他上级委派的任务。
1. College degree above 大专以上学历
2. At least 1-year working experience in customer service function 1年以上客户服务工作经验。
3. Solution orientation, not problem orientation解决问题的能力
4. Initiative 主动性
