?Translate Working Instruction and training operators to understand well and implementing. 翻译作业指导书,培训并督导员工按照作业指导书工作;
?FMEA analysis, identify the key process and set up control plan. 分析FMEA,识别关键工序,制定控制计划;
?Together with QA & MFG Team to keep improving production quality and process control to improve FPY, reduce remake and repair rate. 协同质量和制作部门,持续改进产品生产质量和过程控制;提高FPY,降低重做和维修率;
?Process improvements projects hands on and carry out, make sure the projects closed with high efficiency and quality. 工艺改善项目的负责和执行,确保项目的高效性和高质量性;
?Project assist of New Product(Technology) Introduction, or products transfer. 协助新产品生产,新技术引入或产品转移等工程项目;
?Stronger skill on process validate and products analyze, continuously improve the manufacturing process capability. 较强的工艺验证以及产品分析技能,持续改善制造过程的能力。
?Communication Interface, technical support problem solving between Phonak China and Headquarter. 负责瑞士总部和上海总部之间起的沟通,技术支持和问题解决;
?Assistant (Deputy in absence) of Dept. Mgr. in daily department management, incl. departmental reports, people management, departmental issues solving, cooperation and support of other departments etc. 协助( 缺席时代理)部门经理进行日常的部门管理,包括:部门报告,人员管理, 部门问题解决,以及对其他的合作和支持等;
?Other assignments by superior. 完成上级主管交待的其他任务。



- Colleague Diploma in mechanical, industrial or electronic engineering etc. 大专以上,专业为电子,机械或工业工程

- More than 3 years Process or Quality Engineering in electronic or medical device industrial. 3年以上电子或医疗器械行业,制造或质量工程师。


- Being dedicated & Responsible 工作勤奋负责

- Good understanding & patient 良好的理解能力和耐心

- Proactive and result orientation 积极主动,结果导向

- Good team-work inside & outside department 和本部门和其他部门之间都能开展良好的团队合作

- Fluent in Oral & Written English英语口语、读写流利

- Efficient usage of MS office 高效实用MS office 办公软件
