Key Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures;
2. Collect operation data, track and analyze operation efficiency to find opportunities to improve;
3. Assists in development of a process knowledge database for studies, projects or operations;
4. Monitor quality indicator on monthly basis.
5. Closely cooperate with other departments perform improvement actions to handle with process issue, quality
6. complaint, customer concerns;
7. In charge of improvement projects plan preparation and proposal evaluation, management of project schedule, quality, cost and risks.
8. Ensure all improvement projects allocated are completed in accordance with related applicable codes and standards, all government regulations and headquarter SOP requirements;
9. Optimization for "quality complaints management system", integrate resources, improve efficiency.
10. Dealing with relevant data analysis of quality complaints and provide to relevant department.
11. Performs other duties as required by Manager.
1. Bachelor or above
2. At least 3 years working experience in quality system.
3. The relevant quality system internal auditor certification (ISO9001/ISO13485) is preferred.

8. Good English communication skill in reading, speaking and writing
