?Provide quote team with information, quotes, concepts and assembling cycle time calculation;
给项目报价团队提供组装线信息、设计理念并计算组装周期时间；
?Be a technical resource for the initiation and implementation of cost improvement plans on new and existing programs;
对新项目和现有项目的成本改进计划提供技术支持并进行实施；
?Attend design meetings and provide insight and expertise in regard to the assembling line concept design;
参加设计会议，并对组装线设计提供理念和技术支持；
?Continuously improve existing processes using design of experiments and other methods to increase efficiencies;
通过实验设计和其他方法持续改进现有工艺，提高效率；
?Implement systems and procedures that assure compliance with Quality Standards;
执行体系要求和流程确保符合质量标准；
?Perform Validation & Qualification on assembling, automation and secondary processes;

?Ability to train technicians, line leaders and Operators on assembling steps and testing equipments;

?Write working instructions for assembling steps;

?Execute assembling line and secondary process Validation;

?Supports Sourcing Engineer in auditing automation suppliers;
在采购工程师审计自动化供应商时，提供支持；
?Work out and track action list for dedicated projects;
对现有项目制定并追踪工作事项；
?Create, maintain and review the new project related documents;
创建、维护并审核新项目的相关文档；
?Update timelines and comunicate to the internal departments;
与公司内部各部门及时沟通并更新时间表；
?Being the communication window to suppliers in technical matters;
在技术方面担任公司和供应商的沟通窗口；
?Other duties as assigned.

?Knowledge of robotics, automation, semi automation, manual assembling, equipment and processes;
掌握机械手、自动化、半自动化、手工组装、设备和流程等相关知识；
?Strong communication (verbal and written), teamwork and organizational skills in Chinese and English;
出色的沟通能力、团队合作精神及较强的中英文表达能力（口语和书面）；
?Ability to identify problems and develop and implement actions to resolve them;
发现、识别问题，并及时解决问题的能力；
?Strong technical skills in assembling, automation and affiliated processes: to include secondary operations;
高超的组装、自动化和相关工艺（包括二次工艺）的技术技能；
?Ability to use CAD to determine if tooling, equipment and part designs meet requirements;
