TITLE: Territory Manager 区域销售经理
DIVISION: CDG, Bio-Rad China 临床诊断部
REPORTS TO: Regional sales Manager 大区经理
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure budgeted annual sales, are met for the responsible product group within the designated territory by : 就以下途径确保年度销售部门的预算指标
· Implementing business plan to meet agreed budget 开发,贯彻 业务计划以达到预算要求
· Setup and Management of distributors in the territory 对地区经销商的开发和管理
· Ensuring that Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is performed and constantly improved 确保公司让客户满意的承诺得到履行,并且不断提高
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Finance
1. Achieve annual sales plan 实现年度销售计划
2. Forecast, monitor and control sales for the responsible territory 预测并监控地区销售
3. Comply with the company price and profitability guideline 遵守公司的价格和利润政策
2. Customer Care
1. Calling on all current and prospective customers on a regular basis 按时拜访所有当前和目标客户
2. Distribution of appropriate product information and official company notice 发布产品信息和公司的正式通知
3. Represents the company favorably at all times 始终代表公司
4. Ensuring that the achievement of company objective through customers satisfaction and reports ASAP where this is not occurring 根据客户满意度确保公司实现目标并在未达到目标时尽快汇报
5. Maintaining comprehensive and up to date customers DB 维护全面的客户数据库,并及时更新
6. Effective in pre-call planning and after-call analysis 有效的访前计划和访后分析
7. Competent in conducting details, seminars and demonstrations 能有效传递信息,开办专业讲座和产品演示
3. Distributor MGMT
1. Train and educate the staffs of distributors regularly 定期培训经销商的员工
2. Forecast, monitor and control the agreed sales budget for distributors 预测并监控经销商销售指标
3. Monitor the financial situation of distributor and report to supervisor when any risk in the credit of distributors 监测经销商财政状况并在经销商信用承担风险时向上级汇报
4. Liaison
1. Good communication with Bio-Rad staff at all levels 与公司内员工保持良好沟通
2. Liaises effectively with other staffs to coordinate sales and MKT activities 有效联络其他员工协调销售和市场活动
3. Compliance to the Company reporting system (Monthly, Trip and meeting report) 遵守公司汇报系统(按月度,出差和会议汇报)
5. Sales Skill and Product Knowledge
1. Participate in the internal/ external training & educational course to get necessary knowledge about products as well as sales skill 参与内部/外部的培训和教育课程已获得有关产品知识和销售
2. Keep the required level of product knowledge (higher level than customers) 具备必要的产品知识(比客户精通)
3. Complete knowledge of necessary company procedures 完全了解公司步骤
4. Excellent sales and communication skills and uses sales aids effectively 出色的销售和沟通技巧并能有效利用销售工具
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
Essential
College /Bachelor with related major 限医学检验系专业或者临床专业
Experience
Essential
Minimum 2 years proven successful experience in sales and marketing
具有在销售和市场领域至少2年的成功经验
Desirable
Sales and distributor MGMT experience
