Report to: Logistics Manager
Based in: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the purchasing process following up and management.
Cooperate with inventory controller, marketing, logistic to fulfill the order on time.
Make sure order contract documents are completed according to company requirement.
2. Responsible for daily shipment planning, coordinate warehouse and forwarder in order to finish the transportation plan in a safely and timely manner.
Preparing production completion reports, packing list, invoices as delivery papers and notify packing container suppliers.
Tracking for missed documents if any.
3. Take performance and quality records.
Setup the product master data & product number in the system.
Solve team work problem in order to improve efficiency and production output.
Monitor documentation filling.
4. Keep close communication with customers.
Guide customer to fulfill order if necessary.
Responsible for order changes.
Reply to customer's inquiry and complaints with great patients, good quality and on time
Requirement/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or above.
At least 2 years' experience in logistic /purchase or customer services.
Good English in speaking and writing.
Good communication skill with customers.
