I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
The Regional Sales Manager needs to use his or her personnel experiences, strategic and analytical thinking, professional selling skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team members to define and drive the business growth opportunities and plans by focusing on served available market study, territory management, sales pipeline development, and the achievement of annual sales objective.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Establish regional sales team and lead the team to complete the regional sales and marketing tasks.
? Develop new markets, make market development planning.
? Organize market research to carry out sales promotion work, expand the company's brand influence and appeal.
? Pay more attention to the competitor's products and marketing orientation, and provide timely feedback information of market competition, master competitor trends, seeking the balance of competition.
? Collect and provide timely feedback about product sales information, make reasonable suggestions about the price, materials, and styles of the company's products.
? Optimize and improve sales channels timely, improve sales performance in the region.
? Training and other routine work
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
? 10+ yrs. sales, marketing, training, corporate accounts and sales management experience in medical equipment. Record of substantial over achievement of regional quotas.
? Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and coach team to success
? Strong Planning, Time Management, and Financial business acumen
? Highly developed communication skills and ability to work effectively in matrix environment
? Ability to make timely critical decisions
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
? Willingness to travel frequently
