Major Accountabilities
-Provide high-quality secretarial support to General Manager including managing diary, correspondence, scheduling appointments, receiving visitors and phone call screening etc, includes
- Performs time management and secretarial duties for President
- Independent and active agenda management, anticipate on changes and priority setting
- Prepare presentation material in PPT for meeting
- Prepare required mails/ correspondences for internal and external
communications
- Co-ordinate President’s travel arrangements, e.g. visa arrangements, air ticket and hotel booking, etc.
-Arrange and plan (inter)national meetings/appointments/conferences, set up agenda, make minutes, distribution, take and initiate any actions
- Arrange meeting and keep meeting minute, and trace execution of minute
- Receive visitors and act as a hostess for guests, arranging hotels, transports and lunches/ dinners, etc.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Ideal Background
Education:
? Must Have:Bachelor degree
? Preferred:majored in Marketing, Business, Economics,
? Finance or Business related
Languages: Excellent in English
Experience/Professional Requirement:
? Minimum:5 years secretarial working experience
? Preferred:2-3 years senior secretary experience
