clinical Specialist 临床主管

招聘人数：1-2人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 婚况要求：婚姻状况 We are seeking a clinical Specialist to join our Greater China clinical department located in Beijing or Xian. Reporting to clinical manager of greater China, this role works with surgeons, audiologists, rehabilitation teachers and parents in Taiwan.
In this role, you will responsible for clinical and technical support, difficult case handling, training and make sure customers have proper skills and tools for cochlear implant program work, and Cochlear Implant education program support . This will have direct impact to new sales generating and patients’ outcome.
In this role, you will provide clinical and technical support for cochlear Implant centres, handle cochlear implant difficult cases and co-conduct the training for professionals. At last, also should Provide Cochlear Implant education program support to professionals and provide clear and concise reports on time.


Key Requirements
Minimum:
Qualifications, background experience, knowledge, organizational knowledge, knowledge of other business activities, skills etc.
*Bachelor’s degree or above in Audiology or Medical
*More than 5 years experiences in hearing health care field with clinical, training, or technical support
*Flexible on travel to North West China
*Good English
*Good skills on communication, organizing, presentation and result oriented
*Experienced in Microsoft office, Photoshop, illustrator ect.

Ideal:
*Master’s degree or above in Audiology
*More than 5 years experiences in CI with clinical, training, or technical support
*Excellent English
*Excellent skills on communication, organizing, presentation and result oriented
*Experienced in Microsoft office, photoshop, illustrator ect.
