To help us build new capability we have created a new role for Territory Services Manager - Middle East China to join our Recipient Services department, based in Jinan, Reporting to the Channel Service Manager, this role works with the Customer Service, Clinical , Sales teams internally and externally with Distributors, Rehabilitation Centres, Audiology Clinics and directly with our customers.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by supporting distributor service to continue to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, engage with partners to continue to ensure Cochlear recipients are receiving effective and convenient service and provide direct service to customers when distributor service is not available.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who has strong experience in Customer Service and is looking for the next step in their career and gain exposure working with external professional customers (distributors, rehabilitation centres and audiology clinics) as well as continues to support direct customers. This role will see you performing training and development for our professional customers as well as provide trouble shooting and product training to our direct customers.
Key Requirements
*Demonstrated experience within Customer Service
*Effective communication skills
*Experience in training and presenting
*Fluent in Mandarin
*Intermediate level of English (reading, writing and verbal)
*Ability to work independently
*Experience within Medical Devices is desired but not essential
*Ability to travel frequently
