We are seeking an Executive & Office Administration, to join or admin department at our China office. Reporting to the GM Greater China, this role works with GM and management team Greater China.
In this role you will need to provide professional and timely management of the office and provide secretarial and administrative support to the GM Greater China, to ensure a smooth business and office facility operations. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing executive support to the General Manager, including travel and meeting bookings, filing, and general administration support
*Monitor and manage email and correspondence when required
*Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and other graphics as required
*Coordinate all meetings, including facilities and materials
*Oversee the management of all offices in the Greater China region through collaboration with the relevant local office staff
*Performing all work duties in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all employees
*Follow relevant quality procedures in order to deliver quality products and services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement.
Key Requirement
Minimum
*Relevant degree and experience in a similar role with minimum 7 years experience
*Microsoft Office Intermediate Level – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Excellent English communication capability and competent in all IT technology
*Great communication, team collaboration and problem solving skills are essential
*Previous experience in working in a complex business and team environment
Ideal
*Good background knowledge of Asia travel and event organizing background.
*Extremely organized and commercial savvy.
