Planning and Budgeting
(i)Propose and recommend manufacturing workshop strategy;
(ii)develop and implement workshop budget and plan;
(iii)monitor the achievement of the budget; in order to achieve workshop annual manufacturing goals.
People Management & Development
(i)Allocate and balance work across subordinates;
(ii)review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates;
(iii) mentor, develop and motivate subordinates;
(iv)provide technical training and support to sub-workshop employees;
(v)monitor and implement the company discipline policy
(vi)resolve people/functional issues in the workshop in order to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted department performance.
Daily Operation Management
(i)Daily Monitor workshops Production Status and develop tracking process to ensure delivery according delivery plan
(ii) Closely work with planner team to understand the workshop customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower plan
(iii) Monitor workshops production daily result (including productivity,efficency,ontime delivery,scrap...) to define production issues

Production Process Management
(i)implement manufacturing department quality target and monitor the workshop quality status ;
(ii)involve quality issue's analysis and improvement, implement the related action plan.
(iii)supervise and monitor production process against production plan;
(iv)monitor emergency solving process in order to ensure smooth production and meet productivity and quality targets.
EHS Management
(i) Implement and monitor EHS policies in workshop in order to ensure compliance with company regulation;
(ii) Gather and report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS.
Cost Management
(i) Review and approve workshop's inventory count plan in order to find out the variance against the standards;
(ii) Review workshop's production order(PO) and then pass to Finance for further analysis in order to balance all resources for production.
Continue Improvement
(i)Work with cross function team to develop proper working process to improve manufacturing working condition and ensure propore support
(ii) Fully support Lean implemetation and response for on line excution to ensure continue improvement of manufacturing management.
EducationTechnical Qualification Experience
Bachelor degree with engineering background
6years of experience in manufacturing, including 4 years managerial experience
