Job Summary职位概述:
As an expert in fire protection and security related topics, support SHE officer to ensure all fire protection and security related process in RDSZ is conform to legal and Roche internal requirement.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1.Supporting and advising SHE officer and line manager in all in fire protection and security related topics.
2.Identifying all applicable local legal regulations and Roche SHE directives (especially in fire protection and security related), and conducting periodic the compliance evaluation.
3.Support SHE officer to develop all necessary processes and SOPs in fire protection and security.
4.Ensuring that a risk analysis process to fire protection and security is implemented and documented.
5.Supporting the test commissioning of the fire protection and security system in the project.
6.Conducting periodic fire protection and security inspections with line management.
7.Lead the on-site outsourced security team and manage 3rd party service suppliers management fee at risk ( KPIs, SLAs regarding contract)
8.Maintaining the local emergency management (LEM) system, and conducting the emergency response drill within RDSZ
9.Supporting the communication of SHE related information and documentation
10.Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local fire protection authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1.University education background
2.Major in safety or fire engineering or other SHE related
3.Certified fire engineer is preferred
Experience工作经验:
Fire and security management experience on manufacturing plant over 5 years.

Professional Competencies/skills专业能力/技能:
1.Good command of MS office software application
2.Familiar with local SHE laws and regulations (especially in fire protection)
