You will report to the HR Manager of APAC with the responsibility of regional talent acquisition and relevant programs.

About the position
As ‘Talent Acquisition Consultant’, you will take the following responsibilities:
· Initiate and lead the whole recruitment process in accordance with procedure in searching, selecting, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates; lead job offering
· Conduct Exit Interview and keep the interview report
· Establish, develop, maintain and track targeted candidate’s database system
· Partner with the line managers to ensure the use of best practice, and process guidelines in the selection, interviewing and assessment of candidates
· Transfer professional and efficient selection competence to hiring managers to improve their target selection skills
· Organize and coordinate all campus recruiting activities and new recruitment initiatives
· Monthly regular visit to China production site to support HR related requests and manage recruitment progress
About your profile
· Bachelor’s degree, HR or related major preferred, prefer to have strong and professional Target Selection knowledge and skills
· Analytical, data rational with strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness
· Solid background in multinational environment with hands-on and operational experience
· Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices
· Strong in planning, organizing, negotiation, judgment, presentation and project management
· Be responsible, self-initiative, innovative, endurance and willing to help
· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, both Chinese and English)
