Sales Controller Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for tracking sales force performance, promotion plan execution, and expenditure and cost control within an allocated sales budget.
Responsible for supporting sales director to improve sales management system and sales reporting system.
Responsible for carrying out the policy of distributor development and management.
Establish close working relationships with all other functions in the company to maximise profit and supply chain efficiencies and encourage a collaborative working environment between the Sales division and other functions of the business.
Responsible for collecting sales manager’s weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually sales report and sales forecast by month, quarter, and year.
Adhering to the organization process guidelines and techniques, which are associated with sales divisions.
Monitoring the performance levels of all individuals in the sales division.
Provide assistance to sales director in maintaining policies and procedures across the whole sales division.
Sales Controller education, training and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing is very important, and completing an internship as sales controller is also very beneficial.
Sales Controller degrees, courses & certification.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales Management is a plus for this job.
Work Experience Requirements
. 2-3 year sales controller working experience or 3-5 year sales administration specialist or senior national sales manager’s assistant.
. 2-3 year sales supervisor work experience with good sales analysis ability.
