Role Summary/Purpose
This position takes overall responsibilities of sales and marketing for Ultrasound product lines in North Region, to ensure the growth of ultrasound products development, marketing, and sales in the market to satisfy local customer needs. This position is accountable for delivering the sales top line of ultrasound products in South China with appropriate MMCM%($).
Essential Responsibilities
Take full responsibilities for getting right products into market through close cooperation with Product team.
Lead the Sales Specialist team in Region to provide strong strategic support to field sales forces to satisfy the customers.
Work closely with front line Sales Managers and Sales forces to develop marketing and sales strategies for local markets and execute them.
Provide Sales and product support to front line sales in terms of individual deal to win the customers and close the transactions. Driving US market share increase and incremental growth in Go Blue accounts
Build up and maintain key luminaries and speakers for ultrasound Product in Region market
Managing and Supporting go blue team with pricing, quotation, bidding, coordinate regions for clinical work
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum bachelor degree on Bioengineering, Clinical & Medicals, Radiography and other related field
At least 5 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either Sales or Marketing functions
Strong leadership capabilities, including strategic planning and execution, team building, talent development, influencing skills
Good marketing sense with applied skills
Good command of selling skills, including negotiation, communication
Strong in interpersonal acumen…able to work with diversified internal and external client groups on conflicting metrics and expectations
