Role Summary/Purpose
Employee Communications Leader for GEHC will be responsible for the development and deployment of the Product and Region leader's priority employee communications projects, keeping alignment with GEHC's overall communications strategy and global messaging. The roles are responsible for interfacing with Business Partners to determine priorities, assign resources, supervise execution and implementation. Roles report directly to the GEHC Global EE COE Leader, dotted line to GEHC Communications lead
Essential Responsibilities
1.With Internal EE COE Leader, is key interface with Business Partners each quarter to determine priorities.
2. Responsible for EE priority projects for the region and supervising implementation & execution.
4. Shares best practices across Regions to maximize resources, efforts and tools as best possible.
5. Working with the Internal EE COE Leader, responsible for managing unplanned priorities.
6. Becomes EE Shared Services resource member when needed.
7. Located in his/her respective Pole.
8. Partner with Public Relations and Marketing Communications to maintain one consolidated communications calendar which is used as the foundation to drive business messaging strategy.
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field and minimum 6 years communications experience.
2. Must have the ability to develop strategic communications plans, advise senior leaders on communications strategy but also the ability to deliver at the tactical level.
3. Strong written communication, presentation and planning skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincingly, tailoring communication methods to customer's requirements.
4. Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver key messages effectively both verbally and in writing.
5. Broad experience with and knowledge of print, video and web technologies.
6. Working knowledge of English language (oral and written).
