Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1.建立并执行一些操作上的更改。包括文件的批准及对相关人员进行培训
Generation and execution of engineering changes. This includes approval of documents and training affected personnel
2.开发并执行对设计的质量检测
Development and execution of design qualification testing
3.参与新产品开发及对产品设计改动的工作
New product support and Product design changes
4.维护产品的完整性，并保证质量，将优质的产品提供给我们的客户
Maintaining the integrity and quality of our products to our customers
5.确保符合所有相关规定，包括FDA, MDD, UL, CSA等
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, MDD, UL, CSA, etc.
6.修改产品的测试系统
Production testing system design change
7.开发过程—对测试系统和产品进行设计、开发、验证及建档
Process development—Design, development, validation and documentation of Test Systems and Products
8.分析失败的根本原因，并予以纠正
Root cause failure analysis and corrective actions
9.开发/检验/建档/维护产品测试设备和工序
Development/validation/documentation/maintenance of product test equipment and procedures
10.与原材料供应部门合作考察供应商，确保满足仓库/产线计划
Work with the materials support team to certify vendors for direct to stock/line programs
11.装配时间设定及生产流程设计
Assembly fixture design. Production process flow design
12.控制/降低原材料差异情况
Disposition/reduction of discrepant materials
13.建立返工/重测说明及操作指令
Generation of rework/retest instructions and engineering orders
14.减少保修成本
Work to reduce warranty costs
15.解决供应商质量问题
Resolve vendor quality issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
·本科学历，电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业，有3年以上相关工作经验
BS degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent required, with more than 3 years’ experience
·有测试开发经验，包括测试系统等级的测试要求
Test development experience including test requirements at a systems level.
·良好的英语能力
Excellent English language skills (written and oral).
·有测试系统硬件和测量法方面的经验，熟悉LabVIEW或其它测设系统软件
Knowledge and experience on Test system hardware and measurement experience, familiar with LabVIEW or other test system software.
·出色的书面和口头交流能力，团队合作精神及陈述能力
Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills. Ability to work with a cross functional team to achieve expected results.
·有ISO知识，另外还需有GMP知识
ISO knowledge. GMP knowledge is a plus.
·有ERP经验尤佳
Experience on ERP is a plus

Critical Competencies
·有下列领域的工作经验：PCBA测试系统、产品功能测试、植入式系统、ASIC设计和气压和流量测量系统。
Experience in one or more of the following areas: circuit design, circuit manufacture, functional test, embedded systems, ASIC design, and automated gas pressure and flow measurement system.
·LabVIEW或C语言计算机编程的知识和经验。
Software programming knowledge and experience in LabVIEW or other test system software.
·具备医疗仪器或相关生产行业的工程应用技术经验，具备麻醉机的技术经验尤佳。
Preferred technical expertise in medical device or related manufacturing operations, especially in anesthesia machine medical device.
·良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。
Excellent English language skills. (written and oral).
