Major responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for company procurement and support business functions daily procurement demand.
2. Execute relative sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, qualification evaluation, vendor selection, price negotiation, contract implementation, and delivery audit etc.
3. Coordinate and communicate with internal customer on their questions or complaints, define some special demand and deliver optimum benefits in pricing and levels of service.
4. Establish, develop and maintain good relationships with supplier and ensure the continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and reliability.
5. Provide customer-focused assistance to internal customers, particularly in association with key projects and requirements, managing supplier qualification, assessing and validating the capabilities of potential vendors and approving as appropriate.
6. Make report of procurement on a regular basis.
7. Other task assigned by direct manager.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience with procurement function in a multinational corporation.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good customer relationship management skill.
4. Demonstrated ability to build strong networks and work in cross functional environment with different teams.
