Roles and Responsibilities:
Training & Development
Assist HR manager to design the training calendar and implement training initiatives according to the annual training plan
Assist HR manager on the performance management and organization development programs, e.g. annual performance review, talent review, talking talents etc.
Be responsible for all the coordination for sales camp cross HR, medical education and BUs, as well as the operation of the whole work flow
Maintain and analyze company training records, monitor and improve the effectiveness of internal and external training programs
Maintain related training database and training documents & materials in hard copy and soft copy
Complete all administrative functions relating to training courses
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree above, 3+ years’ working experience and solid training experience with exposure in multi-national company;
Strong communication and presentation skills
A self-starter with a hands-on approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
Open minded and team player spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
