Qualification：
？ Bachelor’s degree in Software or Computer Engineering
Responsibilities:
?Create and conduct product presentations
· Be the point person for clinical technical support during the Omni 3D HD launch
?Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, network configuration and resolve, within agreed time limits
?Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or messenger, until they’ve solved a technical issue
?Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
?Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
?Prepare accurate and timely reports
Requirements:
?Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
?Good understanding of computer systems
?Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Internet communication peripherals and any basic technical issues
?Understanding of LAN and WAN communication and configurations
?Familiarity with remote desktop applications
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Excellent presentation and verbal skills
· Fluent in English
