In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide daily operation support to business and field team to achieve the goal of operational excellence and work closely with other departments to ensure our business activities are in line with compliance regulations and fulfill employee satisfaction.
Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Perform as a skilled worker, a number of Customer Service support tasks.
Determine, based upon professional knowledge, HOW best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities.
Analyze abnormalities that occur within own working area and reasons, based upon professional knowledge and insights, where the cause lies and remedies it.
Complete work with a limited degree of supervision.
You are responsible for
?Arrange and coordinate customer events based on aligned budget
?Support internal meeting and take meeting minutes
?Refurbish and write-off arrangement
?Coordinate logistic related affairs
?Support on routine operations
?Follow up projects
?Connect with other related department to improve daily operation
You are a part of
?CS Operation
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
?Bachelor degree or above in business or engineering
?English CET4+
?1-3 years of work experience in operation administration position
?Good understanding of customer service operation procedure.
?Good communication skills.
?Good logical thinking ability.
?Customer satisfaction oriented.
?Proven ability to work well under pressure.
?Proficient in MS office software. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
