In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be responsible for variant technical operation support in GSS China. Mainly focus on driving material cost reduction, service quality control(PA), technical upstream communication, IST management, tools technical consultancy etc.
You are responsible for
?Direct and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, e.g. technical material cost related project. Manage project documents in a professional manner.
?Take in charge of service quality monitoring and control through data analysis and variance initiatives.
?Responsible for technical related process. Make sure it links with customer call center, on line support center and Filed service team.
?Other management ad hoc support

This role requires the continuing development and maintenance of relationships with a variety of internal and external people at all levels.
Technical Support Manager, Customer Service Zone Managers, Modality Performance Managers, CS Marketing & sales Team, Business Unit, IT support team, Administration support staff and team members, Q&R, Finance team, Supply chain and other healthcare teams. Customers and suppliers
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
?Bachelor degree required. Master degree in business or engineering preferred. English CET6+ Six Sigma GB/BB qualification preferred.
?3 years of work experience in a fast paced technology industry 1-2 years of project management experience
?Knowledge of Project management Strong presentation skill Strong problem solving skill Six Sigma knowledge Strong logic and data analysis capability Influencing skills
?Self-motivated Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills Excellent language (Mandarin and English) capability in reading, writing and speaking
?Computer-literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
