This critical position serves as a core team member of R&D projects (NPI and LCM). The role provides technical coordination to engineering on serviceability improvements and service dependencies while representing the Customer Service function in technical design review meetings and supports the overall Customer Service deliverables and ensures project readiness for each phase.
You are responsible for
1.Represent Customer and Service as a core team member for program and technical design review meetings.
2.Prepare Customer Support Requirements (CSR) and negotiate with engineering on the requirement delivery schedule
3.Review engineering design specifications and follow up on engineering service deliverables
4.Team player able to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and cross functional teams
5.Provide training to Field Support teams
6.Drive the realization of all Customer Service Deliverables towards the programs assigned
7.Define product Spare Parts/ eSPF (Electronic Spare Parts Finder)
8.Coordinate with the Engineering and Operations on parts readiness
9.Prepare Customer Support product Training Course Requirements (TCR)
10.Prepare and deploy Field Change Orders (FCOs)
11.Adhere to Philips quality standards and all relevant regulations
12.Make periodic reports to management
13.Review and approve formal documents for projects (testing and validating kits/procedures)

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering is a plus
2.More than 5 yrs. experience in product support, service support functions, and experience in medical devices or automotive industry is preferred. Service experience with high-tech , complex systems is preferred, Experience in product transition from development to service environments is an advantage
3.Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functional organizations and to leverage individual strengths. Must have good communication skills
4.Ability to manage multiple efforts and show initiative without falling behind on agreed upon goals; must have a good work ethic
5.Proven ability to work remotely in a global and multi-cultural environment
6.Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, Excellent communication skills (fluent in English - written and oral)
