招聘人数：1-2人 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 婚况要求：婚姻状况 ？ Provide consultation on the SWOT analysis of surgical devices (stapling, surgical instrumentation, etc) products between competitors with regards to clinical performance, usability, operability, clinical setting up. Stay intelligent of competitors’ products and innovation and trends in medical practice within surgical procedure field and act as a subject matter expert locally by collecting updating information regularly.
？ Develops strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to facilitate understanding of product utility in clinical settings and drive project(s) forward and prototype verification with those KOLs.
？ Utilized advanced subject matter expertise to provide medical/clinical input to tailored R&D organization to facilitate insightful decision-making and enable achievement of business objectives for new product development. Use systematic approach to collect VOC and identify customer hidden or unhidden needs.
？ Ensures effective objective value propositions are developed and articulated for technologies to stakeholders (patients, health care providers, payers, government agencies, and health technology assessment organizations, public) through appropriate channels.
？ Propose and organize prototype clinical research programs, including development and implementation of prototype clinical research strategies. Develops data analysis strategy for prototype clinical studies. In partnership with key Opinion Leaders, establishes the conditions essential for determining the safety, efficacy, medical usefulness and marketability of medical device products and technologist.
？ Applies advanced understanding of SFDA regulations and international standards under which clinical studies of medical devices are conducted.




？ Medical Doctor Degree (MD) required.
？ 5+ working experience in Hospital, practitioner as a general surgeon for 3 years + is a must. Proved experienced in adequate number of open procedures or laparoscopic procedures (in particular, one of more of colectomy, gastrectomy, thoracic surgery, etc). Previous working experience as clinical Specialist/Clinical Scientist or product manager is a big plus.
？ Demonstrated ability to lead and influence key decision makers; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
？ Strong clinical, scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge, with ability to analyze and understand and communicate clinical and technical data.
？ Strong presentation and teaching skills, and ability to share information with others
？ Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
