Mechanical Engineer

招聘人数：若干 到岗时间：不限 年龄要求：不限 婚况要求：婚姻状况 ? Designs and redesigns medium to high complexity medical devices and subsystems.
? Design parts and modules that may be comprised of different materials (metal, plastics, etc) and structures (assembling, gluing, moving, etc ) and fabrication process to have competitive cost, intended clinical use and regulatory compliance.
? Be proficient to flexible Polyvinyl Chloride and silicone components design.
? Experiences on the sterile product design and be familiar to its development process.
? Design the V&V and specific test fixtures and participates the test.
? Participate/lead design activities and prepare documents/presentations in accordance with relevant internal SOPs and Design Control and good design practice.
? Contributes inventions, new designs and techniques regarded as advances in the medical and technical/scientific community.
? Adheres to safety policy procedures.




? B.S degree with mechanical engineering or equivalent, MS or PhD is preferred, 3 years+ experience.
? Knowledge of manufacturing processes including blow molding, injection molding, over-molding and extrusions.
? Knowledge of and wide application of drafting practices, GD&T, 1D tolerance analysis and 3D analysis, FEA analysis, tolerance analysis
? Good communication in a global R&D environment.
? Hands on experience with Solidworks.
