1.To provide the management team with timely and accurate financial reports, reviews, and recommendations;
2.To deliver monthly and periodic financial and management reports, and to ensure financial controls and procedures are adequate and effective for preparing such reports;
3.To prepare balance sheet analysis and to monitor the aging of balance sheet items to ensure against encroachment;
4.To perform ad-hoc financial analysis such as cost sensitivity analysis to support management
5.To compile budgets of operations, manufacturing and capital requirements, etc.;
6.To submit management reports reviewing actual performance against budgets;
7.To safeguard assets by implementing adequate and effective internal control policies and procedures;
8.To manage the auditing process, interacting with external auditors;
9.To liaise with financial institutions to provide funding requirements;
10.To be vigilant about tax implications and foreign exchanges risks.
