1.Work in partnership with the business to fully understand the key business drivers and needs, current and future challenges.
2.Give a strategic HR perspective regarding business development & planning, understand business needs and can translate it into specific HR strategy and action plans.
3.Support business managers to compliment the related certifications of the Branch and refresh every year.
4.Be charging of the functional work, such as the compensation and benefits、recruiting、performance management and staff relationship.
5.Identification of talented individuals in their areas and building capability to support the development of this talent.
6.Build bridges across function and organization boundaries.
7.Lead internal communication on the plant basis.
1. Bachelor degree in Management or related, MBA is preferred.
2. Mimi 5 years of HR experience as Business HR or in a variety of HR roles, Manufactory experience will a plus.
3. Knowledge of the spectrum of possible HR interventions and experience of delivering improved business results.
4. Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
5. Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Self-oriented, strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong English skills, both in oral and written.
