Key responsibilities/duties:
1. Build long-term relationship and seek business opportunities with key customers through technical seminar, training support, and high-quality service.
2. Organize exhibition activities to promote products and services.
3. Develop effective distribution channel and monitor dealer’s performance
4. Assure effective coverage of all areas with the combination of direct customer touch and indirect dealer channels.
Key skills & knowledge (technical):
- Mandatory: Healthcare distribution strategy and process, customer touch skills, direct and indirect distribution, effective presentation and negotiation, basic finance.
- Preferred: Hearing product or ENT field domain knowledge.
Relevant Experience:
- Over 5 years of increasing responsibilities in healthcare field sales.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team.
- Prior exposure to the operational disciplines of a multi-national enterprise.
Qualifications:
- University degree in life science or business, advanced degrees preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with local culture and business practice.
- Cost management mindset.
