Role Summary/Purpose
Join the Technology Infrastructure Global Applications Maintenance & Support (GAMS) COE in the ERP support team. This role requires a person with prior operational exposure in supporting the Oracle ERP and familiar with Manufacturing areas. Oracle ERP is the strategic growth platform for GEHC.
Essential Responsibilities
? Provide IT Technical Leadership for Oracle ERP Manufacturing Modules including but not limited to programs around Technology Upgrades, Customizations, Root Cause fixes & Long-term system stabilization.
? Work closely with Instance Owners, Business Applications CoE & CIO teams to ensure support is sustainable for all projects/enhancements moving into production. Track the progress of projects & ensure smooth transition to support & all approval requirements are met for GAMS.
? Effectively work on technical RCA analysis and solutions with architects and support leaders.
? Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE,etc) to support effective implementations
? Analyze patterns in incoming production issues & identify root cause issues. Drive solutions to stop incoming cases.

? Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
? Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
? Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
? Responsible for data integrity of the system inventory, as applicable.
? Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state of those applications.
? Aware of and comply with the change management work instruction.
Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information systems (B.E./B. Tech, MCA or equivalent) or Degree in Functional areas of Manufacturing/Supply Chain with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on functional experience in the same field.
? Minimum 2-4 Years of Oracle Application development/support experience.
? Strong technical experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain modules (WIP, BOM, INV, ECO,OM, Shipping, Warehouse management, ASCP, Demantra, PO etc..) of Oracle ERP Applications.
? Development and/or Support experience in one or more of the following Oracle Technical skills is required. Oracle Forms Builder, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, PL/SQL, ADF/OAF, Business Events.
? Demonstrated leadership in all areas of requirement gathering, requirement analysis, system design, development and support.
? Experience with process quality methodology is preferred.
