Healthcare Ultrasound
Role Summary/Purpose
Lead, coordinate and manage the execution of the comprehensive marketing plan for the Ultrasound product portfolio. Identify opportunities for growth and market share increase, and create market/product/portfolio strategy, including product positioning, current portfolio evolution, and installed base growth strategy.
Essential Responsibilities
? Conduct cross-segment Product portfolio management.
? Employ market research, clinical and industry trend analysis.
? Conduct competitive analysis and competitor product benchmarking.
? Lead NPI launch process.
? Develop and execute marketing plan.
? Create an appropriate product positioning and value proposition.
? Ensure sales forces have the right tools and training to sell and manage product configurations and portfolio effectively.
? Coordinate the regulatory submission and approval process.
? Provide Wing-to-wing support with global team, central marketing, and CFDA & QARA
? Ensures China marketing plans & executions are aligned with global, and provide country inputs.
Qualifications/Requirements
? Minimum bachelor degree on Bioengineering, Clinical & Medicals, Radiography and other related field
? At least 10 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either Sales or Marketing functions
? Strong leadership capabilities, including strategic planning and execution, team building, talent development, influencing skills
? Good marketing sense with applied skills
? Good command of selling skills, including negotiation, communication
? Strong in interpersonal acumen…able to work with diversified internal and external client groups on conflicting metrics and expectations
