Purpose of the Job:
Under the guidelines from Phonk (China), execute the sales job in defined regions to maintain & develop customers in order to achieve sales targets in term of average gross margin, market share and credit control. 在峰力(中国)指导方针下,在规定的地区内执行销售工作,保持和发展客户,达成销售目标,市场份额和客户回款控制。
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- According to the plan/strategy derived from the sales department, be responsible for the sales job in the area and control the credit;
根据销售部门的计划/战略,负责在区域内的销售工作;
- Open up the market; maintain and develop our customers and the reputation of Phonak
开拓市场;发展我们的客户及维护峰力公司良好的声誉;
- Contact/visit the customers frequently and obtain the business information in time;
接触/拜访客户,及时获得市场信息;
- Work out weekly report, monthly report and the visit reports after the business trip.
按时提交周报告、月度报告和出差报告;
- Make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly.
制定销售计划,在确定的区域内进行销售预测、销售分析及采取的行动等;
- Send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the sales team leader.
向销售团队领导者反馈市场信息、价格及竞争对手方面的信息;
- Be the bridge if some customer complaining cases happen
处理顾客抱怨;
- Support our dealers to expand our sales channels in terms of joint sales calls, technical training coordination etc.
支持我们的经销商,扩大销售渠道,协调技术培训等;
- Other assignments from superior
其他上级布置的工作。
Qualifications:
- College degree above大专以上学历
Work Experience
- 3 years sales experience, sales experience in medical device industry will be preferred
3年销售经验,医疗器械行业销售经验者优先考虑
