ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
Support the launch and maintenance of CRM (salesforce.com)
Responsible for sales activity data analysis and generate monthly bowler report
Keep track of OTL business, commitment compliance status and follow up with corresponding parties.
Collect and review monthly forecast data
Coordinate with regional business assistant on general document preparation
Adheres to policies and procedures

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
External contacts for this position include vendors and dealers.
Internal contacts include sales & marketing and all functional teams.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY:
This position requires at least one year sales administration and customer service position with Administration, Customer Service or relevant education background.
This position also requires:
