Job Position: Business Assistant, National
REPORTS TO:
FUNCTION: This position will have responsibility to support whole regional sales team in terms of all administration ,customer reception and co-ordination work.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This will include prioritizes work requirements, ensuring key milestones are achieved; interact with external customers and internal staff; may coordinate travel and meeting arrangements if needed; may be assigned special projects; and prepares and proofreads documents and presentations using appropriate software applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:
Assist to organize sales seminar/promotion activities with sales & marketing team. Co-ordinate all sales related activities, such as Sales Contract review, tender document preparation and meeting arrangement
Secretary work for the team
Handle all logistic work & customer reception for the team
Co-ordinate with CAS dept. to ensure delivery and shipment on schedule
Sales forecast and performance analysis
Manage customer data base
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
Follows established accounting standards and procedures
Adheres to policies and procedures

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
External contacts for this position include agency, governmental agency, dealers.
Internal contacts include all sales marketing , CAS department related people
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY:
Two years sales administration and customer service position with Administration, Customer Service or relevant education background is preferred.
This position also requires:
· Be familiar with the process of order management & tender process
· Good experience in preparing sales forecast and analysis
· Proficient in a vocational area of expertise (may include specialized equipment)
· Expands depth or breadth of knowledge and expertise in specific vocational area
· Draws upon past experience to prioritize work and make decisions
· Anticipates problems or changes in project scope and develops plans to accommodate or resolve them
· Prepares for advancement by acquiring additional relevant skills and knowledge
