Tasks and responsibilities:
-Manage projects for the development of new products from the feasibility studies until completion of the entire design process.
- Assist the Project Management headquarters for technology transfer
- Monitor and follow up on project budgets & schedules.
- Lead and coordinate the project team in order to reach the project objectives, including technical achievements, quality, costs/budget and schedule.
- Initiate and participate in the decision-making within the project team and eventually force decisions in order to reach the project objectives.
- Prepare and facilitate decision-making with the revue committees.
- Depending on company needs, other reasonable tasks could be assigned to the employee insofar as they are compatible with his/her qualifications and aptitudes.
Job Requirement
- Chinese native (English fluent)
- Have a BS degree in mechanical or Electronic.
- 3-5 years Experience in Medical device
- Background in Project management
- Willing to work in international environment and have a previous experience with international companies preferred.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
- Ability in 3D drawing software such as (Pro-engineer, Solidworks,..)
- Ability in creating 2D Drawing
