KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist local distributors in working out the sales plan for the designated area and supervise the execution.
Participate in distributor's business meetings and reply to questions raised on site or get the answer through internal resources.
Visit customers and find solutions to problems along with distributor; and consult with distributor in case of events such as tendering when Company's direct involvement is necessary.
Ensure the regular submission of reasonable ordering and forecasting from distributor each month; Make own forecasting based on consumption quantity of designated accounts and control the flow direction of products ordered by distributor;
Assist manager/supervisor in solving logistic problems arising during delivery of products.
Assist distributor in working out the promotional plan for the designated area; participate in and supervise the execution.
Participate in regional professional conferences and exhibitions along with distributor;
Assist distributor in setting up regional show site hospital.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1.College or above degree in Medicine or Nursing with Clinical Laboratory preferred;
2.At least 3 years experience in sales or distributor management.
3.Work proactively; Able to work independently and delivery under pressure;
4.Good selling and interpersonal skills; Good at communication and coordination;
5.Strong capability of building and maintaining good relations with colleagues, business partners and customers;
6.Able to handle and complete multi-tasks within designated time frame;
7.Good at organizing and able to attain designated business goals promptly and effectively by leveraging limited resources of personnel, finance and material.
