Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):
1. 贯彻执行公司上级领导的指示，及时向总经理做工作汇报，且参与项目可行性的研究与施工图的会审；
Execute policies of the company and report the process to GM timely; participate in feasibility study of project and the join trial of construction plan.
2. 督促公司厂房基建、动力、供电、供水、供气、运输、沟通等活动的所有管理工作；
Supervise the capital construction, electricity\ water\ gas supply, transportation and communication of factory building.
3. 负责与产品有关的所有设备、模具、设施的管理维修维护工作；
Be responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, mold and facility related to product.
4. 对本部门以及公司的技术力量配置、技术管理组织结构提出方案或建议，挑选和配备公司各个技术岗位人员，培养、巩固技术骨干队伍，切实保障动力设备的安全运行并正常使用。尽*大的努力，以*低的费用开支保持公司各物业高格调水准；
Make propose of allocation of technical forces and structure of technical management of Technical Department and company; select and arrange suitable staff for every technical post; train the core staff of technical team to ensure the safely process and properly function of utilities equipment. Meanwhile, maintain the high standard of property service at the lowest cost.
5. 根据公司的经营管理目标和任务，统筹本部门的工作安排，制定工作计划，组织技术力量解决工程技术问题、技术管理问题，建立技术管理制度，就重大技术事项向公司领导提出决策建议；
Make work plans of the department according to company’s operation target; solve engineering and technical problems; set up technical management policies; and provide advices to superiors on important technical strategic decision.
6. 审查编制设备维修计划及设备的年、季、月度保养的周期计划，并做好督促、检查、落实工作；
Investigate and compile equipment maintenance plan, including monthly, quarterly and annually; supervise the execution of the plan.
7. 督导执行节电、节水措施，发挥设备*大效率，降低成本，完成费用指标；
Supervise the execution of power and water conservation; explore the potential of equipment as well as cutting down the cost.
8. 与各部门之间密切配合、相互沟通，并深入了解下属管理人员和员工的思想状况，及时纠正不良倾向。经常对下属进行职业道德、竞争意识方面的教育，培养员工的责任感和工作积极性。
Work with other departments; understand the thought of subordinates, so to correct any harmful trends. Set example to subordinates on professional ethics and competitive spirit and cultivate their responsibility and activity.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 专科及以上学历，需机电工程或电气自动化专业；
College graduates or above, major in electromechanical engineering or electro automatic.
2. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，有医疗行业工作经验者优先考虑；
Be proficient in both writing and oral English, have background of medical industry are preferred.
3. 需具有5年以上外资企业同等管理职位经验；
Minimum 5 years working experience in MNC at equal position.
4. 熟悉各类注、吹塑机等设备的性能，有丰富的模具开发与维护经验；
Be familiar with functions of injection and blow molding machine, and be experienced in molding developing and maintaining.
5. 熟悉工厂的动力等基建系统。
Be familiar with capital construction of plants.
