1. 负责公司从原材料入库检验到产品*终检验的整个生产过程的质量记录的布置和控制，做到记录的完整和易于识别与检索并确保产品的可追溯；

Responsible for the layout and control of quality records for the entire production process from raw material incoming inspection to final inspection, realize the complete record and make it easy to identify and retrieve and ensure the traceability of product.

2. 负责对各类检查审核的有关质量文件记录的准备和完善。并对开出的有关产品检验与控制不合格项和观察项负责落实整改；

Responsible for the preparation and improvement of quality document records of all kinds of inspection and audit. Also responsible for the implementation of the corrective actions on the product inspection and control nonconformity items and observation items.

3. 参加对客户抱怨中有关产品检验与控制方面的评审、处置与跟踪，并负责对整改的结果进行评价；

Participate in the review, disposal and tracking of product inspection and control in customer complaints, and responsible for evaluating the results of the rectification.

4. 参与产品实现过程的质量检验控制与关键工序的验证确认，确保入库产品的批合格率100%；

Participate in the quality inspection and control of the product realization process and verify the key process, and ensure that the batch rate of the incoming product is 100%.

5. 负责原材料的入库检验、生产过程检验、产品完工检验和灭菌后的*终检验工作的开展；

Responsible for the inspection of raw materials, inspection of production process, inspection of finished products and final inspection after sterilization.

6. 负责从原材料进公司到产品出公司整个产品实现过程的检验与控制，遵循PDCA循环促进产品质量的改进与提高；

Responsible for the inspection and control of the whole product realization process from the raw materials to the delivery, follow the PDCA cycle to promote the improvement of product quality.

负责组织实施新产品的产前工艺准备工作，制订新产品试制的产品工艺，解决生产过程中的工艺、工装等问题，做好工艺技术支持与服务工作。

Responsible for organizing the implementation of the prenatal preparation technology for the new products, developing new product trial production of the product process, solving the technique and fixture problems during the production process, and completing the process technical support and services.




Job qualification:

1. 有源医疗器械工作经验，熟悉电器安全知识的优先；

Employees with working experience in active medical equipment, familiar with electrical safety knowledge are preferred.

2. 从事过QC检验工作；

Previously engaged in QC inspection work.

3. 电子专业或相关专业，能识别图纸，有电子产品研发经验，良好的沟通能力；

Major in electronics or relative majors, be able to recognize drawings, with R&D experience in electronics and good communication ability.

4. 突发事件应变的能力；

The ability of emergency response.

5. 英语6级以上，有较强的英语听说读写能力。

CET 6 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
