质保专员

改进针对第三方生产者生产产品的质量控制。
Improve the quality control of products produced by the 3rd party manufacturer.


工作职责：
Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):

负责检验文件的编写。
Be responsible to compose inspection documents.
负责根据技术规格检验并确认产品样品。
Be responsible to inspect and confirm production samples per the technical specification.
在首批货物入仓期间进驻供应商制造工厂，并监控实际生产过程。
Stay at suppliers manufacturing sites during the first-lot-to-stock (FLTS) and monitor the actual production.
在生产中进行过程审计。
Conduct process audit during production.
负责对首批入仓货物进行检验，并对常规货物进行*终检验。
Conduct FLTS inspection and final inspections of routine lots.
协调发货日程安排，并与物流部紧密合作对P/O进行追踪。
Coordinate the shipment schedule and work closely with logistic dept. to trace the P/O.
当有客户投诉发生时，进行调查并跟进CAPA计划。
Conduct investigation and follow up the CAPA plan when there is a customer complaint.
负责定期对供应商的GMP或QMS进行审核。
Periodic GMP or QMS audit of the supplier.
参与质量检查标准的制定和修正。
Participate in the creation and revision of quality inspection standards.

作为Amsino代表进驻供应商工厂。
Act as Amsino’s representative at suppliers’ plant.
能自觉地独立工作，能够自律、自我激励。
Be able to work independently without direct monitoring by his supervisor, self-discipline., self-motivated.
能够在压力下做出独立的判断。
Be able to make independent judgment under pressure.
能够分析问题、解决问题，或起码能够准确的描述问题，以从主管处获得支持。
Competency to analyze problems and perform trouble shooting or at least can describe the problem accurately to seek supports from supervisor.
能阅读英语文件。
Be able to read English documents.
